How To Add FeedJit into your Blogs (via Blogger)

Hey guys,
Here's another helpful widget you can use for your blogs. Meet Feedjit.
Feedjit helps you track live traffic feeds from your blogs. So every time you post, you get to see visitors reading your materials, but the difference is, Feedjit gives that reader's or visitor's specific location (citing the city which you're currently in). So, without further ado:

  • Next, you can customize how your live feed tracker should look like:

  • Once you're finished, you can click on Go. There's a drop down menu where you can select another blog site option
  • Clicking Go allows you to either log in to your Blogger account (step 1), applying the changes into your blog once you've signed in (step 2), Or to copy the whole script into your clipboard - this is helpful if you're much used to manually adding the script yourself

  • Just to refresh your mind on how to manually add the script, just go back to your blogger post, and select Layout
  • Then click on Add Gadget, now look for the HTML/JavaScript widget
  • This time, just simply copy/paste the script you got from feedjit, as highlighted below:
After those steps, you can just drag the newly added feedjit widget anywhere in your layout.

How to add Flag Counter into your Blog (via Blogger)

Okay, so here's how to add a flag counter in your blogs on Blogger. This widget is helpful when you want to check how many visitors read your blogs, and basing their IP address to know where each audience are located. How do you add this widget, you asked?

  • Edit how you want your flag counter should look like, see image on the right, after that, you need to click on get your flag counter button (highlighted) to proceed
  • Type in your email add

  • After you typed in your email add, you will see the HTML Code page. You'll need this HTML script later when you go back to your blogger home page
  • Go back to your blogger home page and select layout:
  • Select add gadget, and look for this gadget: HTML/JavaScript
  • Lastly, copy/paste the HTML code you got from flagcounter.com as shown below:
Since you now added the HTML/JavaScript widget into your layout, just simply decide where you want to put this gadget.

Author's Greetings (What's Up With Me!?)

Hello All!
Welcome to my Blog site, it's been a super while, but thanks to a recent change in lifestyle (got my stable internet connection), everything seems possible now!(virtual - can you even consider that word these days?) Possible, meaning I can post my random thoughts, things I'd like to share, neat stuffs I find online, which might benefit others too, I hope, and others..

I'm into watching walkthroughs nowadays. I am a follower of TheRadBrad, it's a good channel on youtube, where all gamers watch new game releases for this year, and his other compilations from previous years, so forth. I'm going to share more about that later on..

My major hobby is purely listening to a huge array of music genre. I try to keep up with local OPM bands that stands out, branch out to foreign artists, get stuck with Punk Goes Pop..., with their latest release Punk Goes Pop 5, I can also promote artists here, those that get into my radar (artists that fit my musical taste), so that will be handy soon.

I'm into photography, so you guys will see some pics posted here and there, taken here, locally in the Philippines, some abroad.

I can post news that give delight to all, don't want to put something that would just put a dark cloud in your weather..

Okay, so the pleasantries are passed out, and again, I welcome you all to my blog site.

Cheers,
Pat
